My daughter is very anxious about daily things. She won't leave the house, she won't try new things, eat new foods, etc. I am very worried about her. I can see my childhood unfolding in her and I don't want that for her, I want her to be happy and carefree - in stead she has turned in to me.

I hate this phrase so very much. It's such a demeaning, dismissive and useless phrase when it comes to depression. If you've never experienced true depression, sure, it might seem like something you should just shake off and get over it. But that's not the reality of the monster that is...

Community Owner and Founder - Not that it really matters much. I am 36 years old, with a wife and 4 Children. I started TM as I love community management and really want to make a difference. I also think other online implementations are not great, so will try to do things "differently".
